Chainplates

Before pulling the boat out to step the mast, I cut slots in the chainplates for the V1 and D2.  To do this, I created a quick and dirty ramp for my router base.  After getting the boat back in the garage, I went ahead and glued the D1 chainplates in position using thickened G-Flex.  To match their orientations side to side, I simulated shroud angles by plugging carbon tubes on the Hayn turnbuckle eyes and sighted across the boat by eye.  While that was the clever step, unfortunately, I didn't pause to snap a pic.  Here I lump all those steps together under one entry where pictures tell the story.
