BSI Moonlight Hatch

The flush Moonlight Hatch from BSI arrived.  I stole the idea from the J/88, although this is the next size up.  I made a very simple mdf mold with the table saw with a very slight release angle.  I waxed it up with MacGuires and pulled a successful part.
