Hatch Rings
I'd been debating how to do my hatches for awhile. I knew I wanted the fit to be nice, and I didn't want to have to recreate lids, rather using the cutoffs for this purpose. For the hatch rings, I figured out how to cut G10 on the home-made CNC setup. With such a low power router and lightweight gantry, it takes many shallow passes, but it's possible with patience. G10 was sourced from McMaster Carr.
