Water Weight?
This is a very hard call for me.
I love the idea of sailing with 4 people, rather than providing 7 or 8 lunches on a given Saturday, but I hate the idea of short-tacking a ballasted boat. Today I made a photo-tour of the Teremoto, and I was lucky to get the lowdown from the great Mark Brink. He loves the setup after going to a 4" transfer tube, and also had lots to say about the benefits of a well-tuned reefing setup. This boat is an absolute legend, and it was a good way to push myself mentally.
