Hillbilly Inspiration

I'd been stressing getting the motor out.  The only way is to cut a hole in the cockpit floor, and for some reason that was giving me pause.  In some ways, it felt like a giant point of no return.  Eventually, I rocked out a sketchy gantry from lumber kicking around at Hendo's  It turned out to be too short, so it was piggybacked by a mini gantry for the chain hoist which was my birthday present from dad.  You can't get much more ghetto, but somehow the motor came out and found its way up into the loft with a little help from Tim.

I mean, if these guys can do it...
