Starboard Side Scantling

This is an important part and I spent a lot of time thinking about required strength.  The port side will carry the brunt of the load, but the starboard side needs to be able to handle a lot of load too, complete with a safety factor.  This is not the place to try to save weight.  The vertical portion has a PVC core which I perforated for better bagging, and the flanges have a significant build-up of tapered carbon uni, with intermediate DB90 layers to hold it together.
