Doghouse Fabrication Concept

I've been doing a lot of thinking of how to get my 3D rhino model into the real world without making a plug, or a mold, but coming very close to design shape.  My latest brainstorm is to slice the model, then use the Raptor Deck CNC (which only has an 18mm clearance), to recreate the shape by stacking foam slices.  I'm obviously out of my mid, but I made a small section to think it through, and it worked surprisingly well.
